I began my journey down the path to healing over ten years ago. After working in Corporate America for a large portion of my life I felt compelled to search out something more. I always loved cooking and decided to take a course at the French Culinary Institute. It was great. We made delicious meals that were eye catching and waist expanding. I enjoyed the course but felt like it wasn't for me. I wanted to learn more about health supportive cooking and the metaphysics behind food. I ended up studying at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health in New York City. It was a perfect marriage. It was there that I learned the path to healing really does begin with what we are putting into our bodies. I became fascinated that simple, whole and unprocessed foods could have such incredible benefits to the body and our health as a whole.
Why Integrative Healing?
Though I have been trained and certified as a Chef and Reiki Master and am very passionate about it, I am always learning. From healing herbs and infusions to tarot readings, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) crystals and singing bowls. I take what works for me and my practice and apply it to my clients on a specific and individual basis. It is my goal to bring you the most personalized experience I can to further you on the path to healing.
It has long been a dream of mine to have my own healing space to share my gifts with others. I am very humbled to be able to provide that to you now.
